JooJoo fails; Unprofessional makers could sell only 64 units

Remember JooJoo? The forgotten Linux based tablet? Well, recent news are coming in that JooJoo is even more ill fated than we all thought. And it’s not just fate who is the culprit, it’s the unprofessional approach of the parent company Fusion Garage.

It so happened that Fusion Garage emailed their customers to provide them feedback about the JooJoo tablet. And this is what the letter looked like:

It read,

Dear Sir and Madam,
Thank you for supporting JooJoo.
We hope to get your feedback about the JooJoo Tablet.
Please revert back to us want you think of our product.
Please drop us a line on how your JooJoo is working.

Thank you.

Did you notice something? Forget the naïve writing style probably done by a 5th grader, it exposed the email addresses of all the customers. This clearly shows how unprofessional and lazy Fusion Garage is. Instead of using Blind Carbon Copy (BCC), they used CC for all the email addresses.

To make matters worse, it even exposed Fusion Garage’s failure to be able to sell only 64 units of JooJoo. The figure is embarrassingly low as per corporate standards. Unless Fusion Garage clarifies this, we can clearly say the JooJoo has turned out to be a massive failure. Unprofessionalism ruins even the best of the ideas.
